Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order to the USA, UK and Canada. No minimum spend.

How long it takes. Orders are processed in 2–6 business days, then take a further 10–15 days in transit. Most orders arrive within 3–4 weeks.

We ship from our overseas fulfilment partner. That is slower than domestic retail, and we would rather tell you upfront than surprise you after you have paid.

Tracking. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Delays. Customs and carrier delays can add a few days, particularly around major holidays. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email support@getpawgroom.com and we will reship or refund — your choice.
