If PawGroom doesn't work for you or your pet, we'll refund you, and you keep the product. No hassle. Your 30 days start the day your order is delivered, not the day you order.
How to get a refund
Email support@getpawgroom.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- One line on what didn't work
- A photo, only if the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong
We approve requests within 1 business day.
Do I have to send it back?
No. Keep it, pass it on or recycle it. The no-return guarantee is limited to one refund per customer and per delivery address.
When is my money back?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, in full. Your bank usually shows it within 5–10 business days. Shipping was free, so nothing is deducted.
Damaged, defective or wrong item?
Email us your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement, or refund you if you prefer. No return needed.
Lost or late order?
Most orders arrive in 11–18 business days (1–3 business days processing + 10–15 in transit). If your tracking shows no update for 15 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, we'll reship or refund in full.
Cancellations
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel and refund in full.

Product Questions
How do I clean the gloves and the mitt?
Peel off the collected fur, then rinse with water and let it air-dry.
Do the gloves fit all hand sizes?
Yes. Both gloves have an adjustable wrist strap that fits most adult hand sizes.
Which one should I use for grooming vs. furniture?
The Grooming Gloves (blue silicone palm with soft nubs) are for the pet: use them while petting your dog or cat. The two-sided Furniture Mitt is for sofas, car seats, blankets and fabric surfaces.
