How to Start a Refund

Email us at support@getpawgroom.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:

• Your order number
• What didn't work for you
• A photo if the item arrived damaged or defective

We'll reply within 1 business day. In most cases we won't ask you to ship anything back — nobody wants a used grooming glove in the mail, least of all us. Keep it, pass it to a friend, or bin it.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No return needed.

What if my pet doesn't like the glove?

Email us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Simple as that.

Are the gloves machine washable?

Yes. Both the grooming glove and the furniture mitt are fully machine washable.

Do the gloves fit all hand sizes?

Yes — both gloves have an adjustable wrist strap that fits most adult hand sizes.

Which glove should I use for grooming vs. furniture?

The Pet Grooming Glove (with the 255 silicone tips) is for the pet — use it while petting your dog or cat. The Furniture Hair Removal Glove is for sofas, car seats, blankets and fabric surfaces.

Can I use the grooming glove on wet fur?

Yes — it works on both dry and wet fur, which makes bath time easier too.
